With over 20 years of talent acquisition & administrative experience, Enaam provides recruiting support to a diverse range of clients.

In her role as a Talent Acquisition Director, Enaam supports clients with full life-cycle recruiting, including proactive candidate searches, and interviewing, she helps and assists these clients in developing sourcing strategies for both short and long-term purposes, coordinates interviews and conducts candidate screening calls, and places candidates in positions across a wide range of functional areas and compensation levels.

Before joining Partners & Beyond, Enaam worked in both the corporate and agency side of the recruiting industry, including other administrative, business development and client relation activities.
