Reem Ghaddar is a faculty member at the College of Business at Phoenicia University, in addition to her role as a research associate and academic advisor. Her teaching and training expertise include management, change management, innovation, international business and design thinking. Prior to joining Phoenicia University, Reem was part of Thomson Reuters MENA, where she held several positions including Market Analysis Team Leader and Senior Quality Assurance Analyst.
In 2019, Reem was appointed as an instructor by the Continuing Education Center at the American University of Beirut (AUB) to deliver the “Design Thinking: Innovation of Products & Services” course. Reem has managed several training projects and collaborated with prominent clients including Al Jazeera Channel and Capital Market Authority (Oman). She also served as a fellow for Oxford Leadership in the region. Reem holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Business degree in Management and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Lebanese American University (LAU), coupled with postgraduate qualifications in Self Managing Leadership from Oxford Leadership (UK), Digital Marketing and Financial Markets from ESA Business School, and postgraduate executive degree in Innovation and Design Thinking from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
