Biography

Yasser is a seasoned Business Partner at Partners and Beyond, with over two decades of leadership experience in real estate development, investment strategy, corporate governance, and risk management. He plays a key role in driving strategic partnerships, advising clients on complex business challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that enable sustainable growth.

Throughout his career, Yasser has held prominent executive positions, including CEO of Jabal Omar Development Company, CEO of Maceen Capital, and CEO of Manafea Holding. His extensive background in the financial sector includes senior roles at Al Rajhi Capital, Samba Financial Group, the National Commercial Bank (NCB), and Saudi Hollandi Bank.

He currently serves in several advisory and governance roles, including:

Member, Real Estate Advisory Committee – General Real Estate Authority

Board Member – Projects Injaz

Member, Investment Committee – Waqf Hikma

Advisory Board Member – Ebtekar Jeddah

He is also a graduate of executive programs at Harvard University, and is certified by both the Capital Market Authority (CME-1) and the General Real Estate Authority.
